What RxWell is for
Pharmacists in East Africa care for everyone else. Nobody is asking how they're doing. RxWell is a weekly, anonymous, sixty-second check-in built to close that gap.
How it works
- Every Thursday, you get a short, themed check-in — five questions written in the language of a Space Explorer, a Coffee Shop, a Mountain Trek. Never a clinical form.
- Your answers map to five wellbeing dimensions: energy, stress, support, workload, and mental health.
- You see your own result with a personalised message and a short list of resources tuned to how the week has gone.
- Your manager only ever sees anonymised team aggregates, computed over five or more responses. They cannot see who said what.
What we don't do
- We don't show your individual answers to your manager. Ever.
- We don't sell, share, or licence your data to anyone.
- We don't track you across the web.
- We don't replace counselling or clinical care — we point to it when it might help.
Who built it
RxWell is built in Kenya, for pharmacists in East Africa, with the help of pharmacists in Kenya. The concept, themes, scoring, and anonymisation design are proprietary IP. The product is currently in private pilot.
